Phoenix

The realization of the Phoenix project at the corner of Marcel-Laurin and Henri-Bourassa boulevards was possible thanks to the synergy established between the main parties, confirming that the trend towards greener buildings is a growing phenomenon in the construction industry. In this particular case, the three main players (the City of Montreal, the real estate developer and the architectural firm) seized the opportunity to make it an exemplary project in terms of energy and resource saving by targeting a LEED Silver certification.
