ACA / Atelier Chaloub Architectes

Faubourg

Through an ecological approach, Atelier wanted to integrate this residential suburban sector in its environment whilst offering it a private access, reducing traffic, as well as a dialogue with the nearby stream. The project, initially consisting of 3 phases, was spread over 600 000 square feet and consisted of eight residential buildings, two nursing homes and a health center. The project’s contemporary style marks a turning point in this sector’s architecture.

Currently, only Phase I was completed.
