Le Bosco – Décarie/Crowley is an integrated mixed-use project featuring two buildings of 6 and 12 storeys, 1 to 3-bedroom units, as well as commercial spaces and shared common area.

With an emphasis on harmonious densification, this modern urban hub promotes public engagement through the integration of a servitude and porte cochère, facilitating active mobility and connectivity throughout the site. The modulated façade ensures a fluid transition between horizontal and vertical forms, creating a dynamic architectural rhythm.
