Lachine-Est – St. Joseph is a redevelopment project designed to offer a pleasant, green, mixed-use living environment in Lachine-Est. Featuring three residential buildings, including one dedicated to social housing (Habitation Harmonie), it also integrates commercial hubs and public spaces. Offering a variety of 1 to 3-bedroom units, some of them on two floors inspired by the townhouse typology, the project aims to create a distinctive visual and spatial connection at the entrance to the future Lachine-Est eco-district.
Our concept is designed to reinforce the district’s identity, enhancing its village and industrial character, while offering a homogeneous and attractive aesthetic.
