The project planned at 6583 Sherbrooke aims to improve the neighborhood with the addition of a mixed-use property. The project itself offers urban advantages such as densification conducive to a TOD sector, dynamic and quality architecture which is sober and inviting, and a green passageway physically and visually linking Shebrooke street to the Langelier metro entrance.
