Through an ecological approach the office wanted to integrate this residential suburban section in its environment whilst offering it a private access, reducing traffic, as well as a landscaped dialogue with the stream to proximity. The project, initially of 3 phases, was spread over 600 000 ft2 and consisted of eight residential buildings, two nursing homes and a health center. The project's contemporary style marks a turning point in this sector's architecture . Currently, only Phase I was completed.
