Project to revive a former location of Angus Locoshop taking care to respect the industrial character of the sites. Particular attention has been given during the planning and design, so that the intervention falls within a philosophy of sustainable development; a maximum of elements and materials has been re-used during the demolition and integrated into the project to provide them a second life. The project, divided on 2 levels, integrates a lounge area (entranceand bar/reception) with a juice bar and facilities, an office space with a meeting room and employee's room a complex of changing rooms - saunas - massages, and a distribution of training spaces of different sizes and functions. The studio setup with its industrial character allows for a great flexibility of space use. Spaces can be used for purposes other than those for which they have been conceived: gym, 5@7evening atmosphere, photography session, event opening. The project has several rooms, a large hall, meeting room, 2 offices, and commercial facilities (toilets, changing rooms, storage) built in an existing building.
